“Round about, round about, lo and behold! Reel away, reel away, straw into gold!” – Rumpelstiltskin

A Rumpelstiltskin inspired garment. This costume features 3 transformations: from poor to rich, from being constrained by men to freedom, and from straw to gold. The model is wrapped with sack material which, when unwound, reveals a lacy bodysuit. A black, satin ribbon is then drawn, thus the dress is unwrapped from underneath, revealing the whole garment. Two switches are then turned on to reveal the Led light in the sack ruffle and in the upper layer of the dress, symbolizing the transformation from straw to gold. The overskirt has flared layers of satin and lace with LED lighting sewn into the first layer. The bodysuit is strapless with press studs to attach the overskirt. The ruffle is made from sack and satin strap with incorporated LED lighting.
